We try to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, including any tracking information, if available. Dickson Brothers ships most of our orders from our Mesquite, Texas location.  Some orders may be drop shipped directly from our manufacturer's throughout the continental United States.  At this time we do NOT offer international shipping and we are only able to ship to the 48 contiguous states.  We ship via UPS which will not deliver to a PO Box. We therefore need a physical 'ship to' address to process your order.

**Please note FREE Shipping is for Continental US only**  Free Shipping is offered on orders OVER $100. This does not apply to local delivery. Offer excludes all pond liners and items with an oversized shipping notation. Free shipping is to continental United States delivery addresses only and is via ground by the carrier of our choice. Free shipping is defined as included shipping.

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If any aspect of the shipping address needs to be changed after the order leaves our warehouse, UPS Ground and UPS Express charge a minimum fee plus all additional shipping charges. UPS Freight, used to move large items, charges a minimum fee plus all additional freight charges. These fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please select "Pick Up" as your Delivery Method at check out. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order and we will reach out to you as soon as your purchase is ready for pick up, usually within 24 hours.

Local Deliveries

Here at Dickson Brothers, we know that some times you JUST NEED IT NOW. We get it, we understand.

• You are in the middle of a project and realize you are short a fitting.
• Your pump has gone out and you have a party in a few hours! 
• You have got to shock the pool before your grandkids show up to swim this weekend and you just don't know when you'll have the time to stop by and grab what you need.

We hear you!  We know that sometimes there just isn't enough hours in the day.  We are here to help. Place your order today, choose local delivery as your shipping method on the Check Out/Shopping Cart Screen and enter a note that you need local delivery and we will do our best to get it to you either the same day or as early as we can the next business day.
